A. All individual bridal accessories range in price between $25 and $150.
A. Once you choose your look, we require a 50% deposit that will go toward the cost of your rental and will reserve it for your wedding day. The remaining balance is due no later than 30 calendar days before the event date.
A. The bride-to-be simply looks online or visits the Maryland showroom by consultation to reserve your items. Then pick up your items from the showroom or have them shipped to you. The next step is the most fun; wear it! Enjoy your wedding day. Then simply return it to the store, or use the pre-paid shipping envelope.
We suggest 3 days before your wedding. For example, if your wedding is on a Saturday, we recommend your rental start date to be Tuesday. After the party is over, just pack up your item and ship it back to us Monday morning!
A. We are here to help whether you’re a planner or procrastinator. We recommend reserving your bridal accessories as soon as possible to ensure the pieces you want are available. To allow for the best experience we recommend 6 months before the wedding. However, we can accommodate you 3 days to 1 year before your wedding. If you need a rush order, contact us at email@example.com and we’ll do all we can to make magic happen.
A. We offer a 5 day rental period. However, we can offer you special pricing for a 10 day rental period, please email us at hello@Littlethingsborrowed.com .
A. Your order will arrive 3 days before your rental start date listed on your contract. If your order is delivered before your rental start date, you are not being charged for early arrival.
A. Pick up your items from the showroom or have them shipped to you via USPS Priority Mail.
A. We do not, please enter a valid residence, company or hotel address for a successful delivery.
A. We only ship orders within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska. Orders must be returned from within the U.S.
A. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, U.S. territories and APO/FPO/DPO
A. We normally ship via USPS Priority Mail, but can use expedited service or alternative carriers if necessary to meet the required receipt date.
Priority Mail 2-3 Business Days: $18
Priority Express 1-2 Business Days: $25
A. We will provide pre-paid return label and return instructions in the box in which your order is shipped to you. In effort to obtain accuracy in tracking, we ask that you postmark by noon on the last day of your rental. If your rental period ends on Sunday or holiday it needs to be postmarked the following business day. The packaged can be delivered to the nearest United States Postal Service office.
A. The item is simply placed back in the box sent with your order.
A. Nope! We take care of all dry cleaning. You just receive it, wear it, enjoy it and send it back so the next bride can use.
A. We understand that accidents happen. Normal wear and tear is covered for each bridal accessory. Treat it like you are borrowing it from your best friend’s closet. In the rare event of significant damage, or if the item is not returned (imagine how upset your friend would be), you are subject to be charged for the full retail price, which is acknowledged in the rental agreement.
A. We need your help by returning your bridal accessory within two calendar days. For a bridal accessory that is not postmarked on the first business day after the wedding, you are subject to a late charge fee of 10% the retail price for each additional day an accessory is not returned. This ensures that everyone has the same great experience that you did.

A. Cancellations of orders are allowed up until the day your item has shipped. If you are un-happy with the item once your receive it, please feel free to contact us at hello@Littlethingsborrowed.com .
