What is Little Things Borrowed?  
We are a Rent & Rent Bridal Accessory and Veil Boutique.  We provide designer bridal accessories and veils to women at an affordable price to rent for your wedding or event at a fraction of the cost of a traditional bridal shop.
Do you have a storefront?
We have a showroom located in Largo, Maryland. We are primarily an online base company and go through great lengths to show you detailed images of our accessories and veils.  We want you to know exactly what the accessories and veils will look like as they walk down the aisle.
When will I receive my bridal accessories or veil?
Your accessories will be delivered to you two days before your wedding via at the showroom or via USPS Priority Mail.  If your order is delivered before your rental start date, you are not being charged for early arrival.
Where are you located?
We are located in Maryland, but we ship anywhere in the United State, with the exception of Alaska and Hawaii.
Do I pay return shipping?  
No! You will receive a pre-paid shipping label along with instructions with your bridal accessories. All shipping cost are included in your order.
Do you ship to my area?
We ship everywhere in the United States, with the exception of Hawaii and Alaska.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO?
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, U.S. territories and APO/FPO/DPO.
Do I need to dry clean before I return the items back? 
Nope! We take care of all dry cleaning. You just receive it, wear it, enjoy it and send it back so the next bride can use.
Can I see a sample in person before I place my order? 
Yes. You’re welcome to rent any bridal accessory or veil for three days with some restrictions through our Try It. Style It. Preview. Learn more

Can I purchase my bridal accessories or veil to have and hold for this day forward?
Yes! We totally understand that some brides love their accessories so much, they just can’t say goodbye. And what a perfect keepsake. Please contact us directly at hello@littlethingsborrowed.com.
My return date falls on a Sunday. What do I do? 
Not a problem. Please return to your nearest USPS Facility on the following Monday.
My return date falls on a Holiday. What do I do? 
Not a problem. Please return to your nearest USPS Facility on the following Monday.
How far in advance do I need to place the order? 
We recommend reserving your bridal accessories or veils at least 3 months before your wedding to ensure the pieces you want are available. The earlier you book the easier it is for us to guarantee the bridal accessories you want will be available. If you book with within 3 months or less, there’s a chance that accessories or veils won’t be available. If you need a rush order, contact us at hello@littlethingsborrowed.com and we’ll do all we can to make magic happen.
How long do I have to rent bridal accessory? 
We offer a 5-day rental period.
How do I cancel my order? 
We require a 60-day notice on all cancellations in order to receive a refund. Cancellations must be submitted via email to hello@littlethingsborrowed.com. If you cancel your order less than 60 days before your rental date you will forfeit 50% of your total order.
How do I change my order? 
Changes to your order can be made up to 30 days before your rental date.  Submit change order requests to hello@littlethingsborrowed.com.
